  Profession Skill:- Sent updated inventory daily and weekly by no cost to related department- Recording purchase order and issuing arrival list to warehouse department- Recording inventory-in into system and inform inventory-in to related department- Issue invoice charge to transport company if have goods damaged from transporter- Issue debit note/ credit note to supplier in case have discrepancy or damaged products in container- Checking and recording any inventory transactions such as receipt, transfer stock, adjustment, internal usage and reconciliation inventory- Update and check product's cost when get invoice from supplier- Recording and responsible on reconciliation inventory monthly and yearly in system- Solving any problems related to inventory- Physical count and update expiry date of inventory (cooperate with warehouse teams) and fine problem if having discrepancy- Make comparison inventory between physical count and actual stock in system and sent that report to sale manager, general manager and boss- Adjustment report monthly to AP supervisor and boss- Inventory goods expire and goods damaged report monthly to boss- Make total sale daily and monthly report to boss- Reserved stock for Lucky- Make a report written-off monthly Show less
