  [ Administration ] 1.  Managed 30+ persons directly including Infrastructure, Application and Data Process teams. 2.  Controlled IT budget & assisted CIO on developing IT strategy & implementation.[ Project Implementation ] 1. 2001: Led a project team to Korea and brought back Taiwan 1st TV shopping system. The yearly revenue went up from NT 500 million in 2001 to NT 30 billion in 2006 after implementation. It is the huge revolution in Taiwan non-Retail store market. 2. 2002 & 2003: Built up the 1st Call Center & integrated TV shopping system with CTI and CRM system. Refined customer service process and increased customer satisfaction rate from 76% to 92%. Implemented Finance module of Oracle ERP in 2003. 3. 2004 & 2005: Been a PM and duplicated Taiwan TV shopping system experience to the U.S. branch. Integrated EHS-America, UPS and NOVA (bank) system flows. The order taking and customer service were executed by Taiwan Call Center. Also, it implemented e-Commerce accordingly. 4. 2005: Implemented Taipei Arena Member Club system with member card’s issue module and restaurant system. Roll-out SPA Chain Store POS system for skin-care business unit. 5. 2006 & 2007: Developed Travel System and B&B (Breakfast & Bed) platform which focused on individual customer service process. The purpose was to provide “One signal call for all services” to maximize customer satisfaction and created highly customer loyalty in a highly competitive travel market.[ Strategical Planning & Performance Improvement ] 1. 2003: Built up Data Warehouse for customer behavior analysis. Designed Supply Chain Management System which closed relationship with venders and decreased customer complains.  2. 2003: Revised and expanded TV shopping system from a single channel to multi-channel and multi-company structure.
