      Coordinated and managed day-to-day operations of the Interlibrary Loan/Document Delivery Services Department, including all borrowing and lending activities using the OCLC/ILL subsystem. Incorporated a previously decentralized service by introducing automation technology to streamline the workflow and simplify daily operations, subsequently updating procedures, increasing lending percentages, and decreasing the turn around time for borrowed materials. Recommended, initiated purchase, and implemented the ARIEL document delivery system. Established and maintained reciprocal agreements with local libraries and joined new ILL consortia to secure free Interlibrary Loans for the Iona College Community. Taught library instruction classes utilizing various types of instructional media for levels ranging from English 101 to Senior Seminars. Developed training workshops for staff of academic and administrative departments on web page design. Show less

Managed migration from Blackboard to ANGEL including oversight of a 45 member committee to review LMS products; arranged vendor site visits; wrote RPF; developed all training and migration workshops; created support documentation; retraining over 200 faculty; and developed student support procedures. Oversee ongoing ANGEL training for faculty and students, including the development of an online demo course for student orientation; the development of online and campus based training for faculty on new versions, equipment upgrades, technical policies, and course and account related procedures.
