  I work as a Software Engineering Analyst for SAP BI Support + Enhancement Project. Worked on enhancements in the existing landscape. Created/modified Info providers (Info cube, DSO, Info objects) and corresponding data flows.  Created/modified update rules which include mapping the fields according to the requirement. Worked on Data Source Enhancement.  Created Process Chains for a new data flow. Working as a part of a 5 Member team that handles 15 different Applications. Supporting 3 applications primarily. Handling the user requests directly and providing solutions.  Ticket Handling involves data reconciliation, bug detection at report level or design level.  Investigation of issues through tickets raised for root cause analysis e.g Data mismatch between R/3 and BW.  Selective Deletion and reload of Data from R/3 System.  Debugging of ABAP Codes and checking for any Data discrepancies due to Data loading.  Ensure that all the data is loaded into BI system by correcting any process chain failure due to invalid characters, ods activation failures, object lock due to change run, etc. Working as a part of 2 member team handling Data Validations.  Extracting data from BW Infoproviders.  Extracting data from R/3 reports based on requirement.  Comparing both based on required modifications and generating a DV Report.
