  1) Responsible for preparation of order specific production documentation of various families of AC and DC variable speed drives cabinets. 2) Participate in discussion with customer/consultant for approval of general arrangement/internal general arrangement. 3) drawings, and coordinate with production and vendors during fabrication and assembly of panels. 4) Maintain on time generation of drawings and achieving first pass yield above 95%. 5) Design of detailed drawings - fabrication drawings, busbar drawings etc. – parts and assembly. 6) Contribute towards localization of product components. 7) Co-ordination with Vendors & Visiting Vendor Place to Solve the Problem. 8) Assessment of cooling air flow, temperature rise, cable & busbar routing and related topics needing working knowledge from electrical engineering domain. 9) Involved in Design and developments of Electro-Mechanical and Sheet metal Parts Using Pro-E Software & Auto CAD. 10) Design & Development of Enclosures (Panels) for Mounting Drives & Electrical Switchgears and Operating Mechanism & various Mechanical Assemblies. 11) Work in Global Projects using Pro-E (Sheet Metal) and PDM Link. 12) Co-ordination with prototype development activities. 13) Preparation Bill of material using MS Excel & SAP. 14) Preparation of enclosure (Panels) fabrication drawings and detailing for different protection classes like IP-00, IP-21, IP-42, IP-54/ 55. 15) In-house manufacturing of AC Drive panel design of MNS cabinet for standalone & line up drives of AC incoming with bottom / top entry. Design involves with panel (400 / 600 / 800 /900 width & panel depth of 600 / 800 depth). 16) Internal General Arrangement.17) Accommodating customers' requirements to the extent possible and resolving all technical issues to customers' satisfaction.18) Resolving technical issues with customers during inspection.
