The BIDC is a student run machining and fabrication shop equipped with Haas CNC mills, lathes, and gantry router. It also houses other precision manufacturing equipment such as a Flow waterjet, laser cutter/engraver, 3D printers, and standard hand and power tools. It is open to any student or faculty of Purdue for academic, research, and even personal projects.       Partial Hike of the Pacific Crest Trail - May 2019 Hiked a continuous path over 2000 miles of the Pacific Crest Trail (PCT) up the west coast. The trail begins at the California/Mexico border, and winds north to the Canadian Border. I started in May at the southern terminus and reached Bend, ORin AUgust after 96 days.
