  I did an internship at a high school as a counselor. During my internship, I had one-on-one meetings with children, mentored classroom teams, gave seminars to other teachers and staff, and planned recurring family trainings for the benefit of students' families.Throughout my internship experiences, I had supervision. In these internships, I gained experience and expertise in individual and group counselling, individual and group guidance (particularly vocational guidance), working with individuals with special needs, administering psychological tests, organizing training sessions for students, teachers, and parents in schools, and creating bulletin boards. Additionally, in the places where I worked part-time, I had the opportunity to work with children individually and in groups, focusing on leadership, teamwork, attention enhancement, and intellectual strengthening. For every activity that took place throughout my tenure, I acted as the team leader.Throughout my university education, I actively participated in numerous volunteer activities. In addition to engaging in international projects (Erasmus+), I contributed to the teams responsible for conceiving and implementing these projects. I took part in initiatives related to children, involving activities such as game design (board or street games) and project coordination to eliminate disadvantages.   In 2017, under my leadership, a psychological counselling service was established at the Municipality of Biga. I conducted counselling sessions with individuals ranging from 3 to 60+ years old, providing psychological counselling services. I delivered educational sessions and seminars for students and their parents in daycare centres affiliated with the municipality and in numerous schools across the city.
