      • Lead the process engineering team in daily process issues solving, yield monitoring, assembly process issues solving and ensure production meeting set targets• Lead the product engineering team in managing BOM and engineering change• Yield and Quality improvement by PCBA & assembly process study and fixtures improvement.• Conduct weekly yield improvement meeting and review Statistical Process Control data to ensure the process is capable.• Responsible in process development for NPI products and pilot build plan scheduling. Person in charge as NPI project lead from Engineering build to Mass production release. Early stage DFM study, manufacturing line layout design, assembly processes, cycle time study. Prepare quote for new product. • Ensure NPI project is meeting the build plan requirements and deliverable. To conduct parts form-fit, CPK study and functional check for First Article submission units.• New product DFM & DFA study to assess the manufacturing viable in design related issues and process enhancements. Provide data and recommendations to R&D for product design improvement for manufacturability and quality.• Assembly fixtures development and improvement for better efficiency and increase productivity.• Work with QA and provide technical support for customer complaints and provide root cause analysis to identify manufacturing process improvement.• Ensure EC implementation and execution.• Continuous improvement by using Poka-Yoke concept, DMAIC, root cause analysis and Lean Manufacturing concept.• Implementing Kaizen, Six Sigma and Lean project for process improvement.• Perform PFMEA to identify the risk associated with PCBA & assembly process and establish the prevention and control method.• Develop and maintain the shop floor control system to ensure production order and parts are built into the Finished Good and process data traceability.• Ensure process compliance and meeting product manufacturing requirements.
