      He is responsible for managing Operation and Maintenance for trains and permanent way of Rapid Transit System Operation (RTS).His during the planning stage is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of the RTS service. At this stage, he is responsible for various tasks that contribute to the overall success of the project.i. Firstly, He collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to determine the specific requirements for rolling stock and permanent way infrastructure.ii. Next, he work closely with engineers and designers to develop detailed plans for rolling stock procurement.iii. In addition, he play a key role in budgeting and resource allocation. By estimating workforce associated with rolling stock maintenance, permenent way maintenance and infrastructure development, he provide valuable input for the planning stage.iv. Furthermore, he liaise with suppliers and contractors to procure rolling stock. Negotiating contracts, monitoring delivery schedules, and ensuring quality control are all part of his responsibilities during this stage. Effective communication and coordination with external parties are essential to ensure timely completion of procurement activities.
