  My role is to ensure both Business and Project requirements are aligned in dataalignment and conversion activities for approximately three million lines of data across25 countries pertaining to the PM, CPL and PS modules for an oil and gas company toenable cost transparency while containing any risks from jeopardizing project go-live. Show less As a test consultant in a multinational team consisting of resources from Malaysia, Netherlands and India, I oversaw test activities focusing on Business Object Financial Consolidation (BOFC), on top of managing the local team of Malaysian resources. I was also the Quality Assurance lead, working alongside another team member to better streamline test processes to improve overall test quality.In these roles, I have:- Reviewed, improved and developed test scripts pertaining to BOFC via HPQC.- Executed BOFC test scripts across multiple test phases (SIT, UAT and Regression), focusing mainly on Downstream entities- Facilitated daily checkpoints with key business stakeholders and supported test activities as test coordinator during two cycles of UAT for Downstream business- Troubleshoot and resolved urgent defects where possible- Managed defects raised during test cycles; ensuring defects are raised with complete details and appropriate severity/priority- Facilitated defect management calls with internal project members to ensure prompt actions are taken for high severity tickets as well as continuous updates- Supported FO team in the Philippines after project go-live as the Go Live Facilitator- Implemented new naming convention for test scripts for more organized and systematic inventory- Managed two test analysts to ensure continuous improvement- Advised and provided guidance to new resources in the Report One Competence Center Show less As a continuation from the previous role as a Data Analyst,in this role I have led a team of two other analysts in analyzing, converting and reconciling master data of close to 400, 000 entries across more than 25 countries in the third phase of the Report One project for the Upstream business to align with the implementation of a new reporting hierarchy. Coupled with the complexity of the new hierarchy and introduction of reporting through multiple business lenses, there was also a need to meet the new government legislation on revenue transparency in the oil and gas sector, resulting in a tight lead time of 3 months. My previous experience in data conversion has enabled my team and I to meet the challenging deadline with successful implementation of the new reporting hierarchy by phases. Data conversion activities persisted until late into the fourth quarter, during which the business has undergone reorganization to adapt to the global oil price dip. All in all, in this role I have:- Led a team of two from effectively analyzing, mapping, converting, testing and loading large volume of data (~400,000 lines of data) to SAP ECC6 by stages - first deployment was within 3 months, largely through Agile methodology- Facilitated design walkthrough sessions and coordinated continuous engagements with key business stakeholders across 25 countries to align on sensitive data information- Provided guidance and feedback to two team members to encourage continuous improvement- Project SME pertaining to Upstream data conversion Show less As the Supportability and Transition Lead, it was my interest in ensuring business readiness before solution deployment/project go-live. In this role, I have:- facilitated and managed continuous engagements with business users across more than 20 countries to actively track and contain issues before project go-live- analysed, enhanced and developed additional support structure to ensure proper support coverage upon project go-live- mediated and aligned multiple parties across project and support teams to facilitate better co-ordination and teamworkI have also double hatted as a Data Analyst driving data conversion, analysis and reconciliation for testing and assurance to ensure data quality in preparation for a SAP system deployment. Show less In my role as a PMO analyst, I've assisted my project manager largely in scheduling and financial administration on top of ensuring important project documents are properly inventorized and managed as per company's project delivery framework.I took on my next role as a Data Analyst to co-lead data conversion activities to facilitate User Acceptance Test for the Upstream business.
