The precinct provides startups and entrepreneurs with the tools and support they need to grow and scale their businesses through an industry-leading Enterprise Development Model that is focused on developing skills for the digital economy while unearthing digital start-ups and talent in Africa.As mentor on their RevUp Women's Initiative, my role included:• Provision mentorship services to 5 (five) women entrepreneurs as part of the RevUp Women Initiative. • Assessment and provision of guidance, support, and network referrals to build and develop the mentee’s business.• Provide session update reports, timesheets and advisory to Tshimologong for further support post mentorship.   Enterprise Support Organisation - Advisor

  To strengthen the nascent entrepreneurship ecosystem in Lesotho, the Government of Lesotho (GoL), through the Competitiveness and Financial Inclusion (CAFI) Project under the Ministry of Trade, Industry, Business Development, and Tourism (MTIDBT) established the Lesotho Entrepreneurship Hub and Seed Financing Facility (LEHSFF). LEHSFF correctly identified that Enterprise Support Organizations (ESOs) play a pivotal role in supporting the growth and development of startups and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Lesotho. Tshimologong Digital Innovation Precinct in partnership with AfriLabs implemented a capacity building programme for 14 ESOs based in Lesotho. The program was informed by a consolidated needs assessment of all 14 ESOs which provided theoretical and practical training sessions to strengthen their capacity to deliver effective Enterprise support programs.
