Responsible for the operation of electronics plant in China, with a total of 200+ employees, including Finance, Manufacturing, HR, Procurement, Logistics, Quality and cost-out programs. Management of Key Processes Indicators linked with strategies execution for sustainable results accomplishment during a fast growth period. Strong interfaces with customers, local government and corporate areas. Responsible for Quality Department in a new plant in China. Local team of 50+ people.Scope included product certifications, product, process and system audits, customer complaints handling, quality improvement and quality systems (ISO9000 / QC 080000) management. Coordination of Quality Functions in the new plant, management of the product and process certifications for new project approvals, metrology labs and failure analysis. Responsible for technical assistance and project development for large US Household customers. Responsible for coordination of the customer complaint process and Quality support for the north american market, diagnosing product failures and supporting improvement plans. Lead product failure investigation and Quality Improvement plans. Responsible to perform audits on products and assembly line;Responsible for product analysis and root cause investigation of not qualified products.
