  Projects:. UV Lamp Uptime improvement in Vim Polycoat Line. ( Restoration of Basic conditions, 5W1H and 4M analysis done on UV lamp failure and implementing design modifications on Reflectors.). Line Synchronizations done on shop floor machines(Mazzoni, Flowwrap, Casepacker) & Conveyors. (Packing line machines and all conveyors speed synchronized with Mazzoni (bar cutting machine-1st machine) replaced conveyors drive with ethernet drives so that speed variation could be made automatically. Speed loss reduced and OEE increased by 2%). Monitor & Implemetation of Auto loss capturing Automation system for NMB &NSD plant. (The dashboard should capture plan Vs Actual production, running OLE of the line, Top 5 losses, % breakup of loading time on pie chart via MP, SP &VOT). NVAA reduction through MUDA analysis was done for all NMB & NSD operations.. Energy Savings projects - Installation of VFD on higher ratings preplodder 40HP motor. - Load optimisation by motor Derated size 60HP to 40HP in plodder. . Commissioned for MCC panel for additional load setup and capacitor installed for power factor improvement.Responsibilities:. Identification of projects through analysis of issues/ problem areas/ID opportunities, phenomenon understanding, root cause analysis of problem, applications of tools.. Track and monitor improvements, kaizen, trend, loss analysis ,plant and pillar KPIs and best practices.. Ergonomics: 3M: Muda, Mura, Muri analysis and implementation.. Responsible for Emergency work order(Breakdown analysis), preparing checklist and CMMS.. Energy monitoring consumption of KWH report of detergent bar plant. Show less
