  I met Peter O. Glienke, the inventor and developer of E+W GREENLAND Agro Hydrogel Composites by chance in 2008 as a member of an intended absolutely private golf flight following some hard additional freetime work as the captain of 3 young senior teams of the Berliner Golf Club Gatow, established 1969 as British Golf Club Gatow. I'd just had led one of my golf teams to its first regional championship. As you can see from the photo, we had celebrated our final victory not badly. On the other hand, I've found it increasingly more interesting and personally better fitting to get deeper involved in a mission of practical solutions for food security.My mother eg had remained frequently hungry as one of six children of a poor railway worker family. I was only lucky to had been born not earlier than to get in a later family situation where food etc. supply had not been a major topic.In my foreseeably declining main function as chairman of the German general works council of a globally major clinical drug research company (I'm currently 63 years of age) I had to decide between focussing on being captain of golf teams or co-worker and close companion in free-time activities for global food security.   IPR (UK) LTD., incorporated in England & Wales, Company Number 9269298, was founded to make investments in licensing product-finishing or complete local production rights for agro hydrogel composites internationally more attractive (from tax points of view etc. and compared with a German GmbH).Consequently the European basic patent for agro hydrogel composites (EP2307333B1, granted 10 Sep 14) had to be transferred from the former E+W GREENLAND International GmbH to IPR (UK) LTD.

  Owner and Managing Director of IDEA Patentverwertung UG (German ltd. company)

  IDEA is a trust company holding numerous patents and further protection rights for former E+W GREENLAND Agro Hydrogel Composites, WPC and fire-protecting construction material: invented and developed by Peter O. Glienke, who died on February 1st, 2015. I'm simply hounoured and absolutely determined to continue and enforce the practical implementation of his life's work starting with experiments on partly use of renewable resources eg for drainpipes already in the 1960ees.Last milestones: - Patent granted by the Eurasian Patent Office for the Eurasian Economic Union in April 2017- Submission of a refined patent application to the Eurasian Patent Office in Moscow on 21 Aug 15 together with NEREUS PRO- Founding Agro-Hyd UG, Berlin, and Agro-Hyd Ltd., Nairobi, in 2016- First export of some tons to Serbia in 2017- First export of further tons to Austria for securing delivery capabilities of company there, meanwhile primary cooperation for marketing and distribution throughout Europe, for online shoppers as well as local clients of retailing shops there (2018; having become a silent partner of that company). All these companies are "Limiteds" according to whatever differences between each country's law.Current ambition no. 1: Supporting an orphanage in Ghana's Central Region (private foundation), surrounded by some hectares of own arable land, in its food self-sufficiency targets - first based of selling profits in other countries (my grandmother from mother's side had to grow up in a German orphanage. Some stories she had told me about her experiences there were, indeed, not pleasing. As a child up to being a young man, I could nonetheless ever love her humour and her generally positive attitude. That has been now already done/achieved: That orphanage is meanwhile fully electrified by sun energy and saving considerable yearly energy costs compared with former petrol-based electrification and based on donation beyond investion for further profits.   Agro-Hyd UG should serve to organize the production of current product variants of agro-hydrogel-composites and exporting these products to Eurasia and Eastern Africa. There, OOO NEREUS PRO, Moscow, and Agro-Hyd Ltd., Nairobi, should have distributed agro-hydrogel-composites. These reduce the need of water and fertilizers to some 50%, prevent from crop failures and, last but not least, increase crop yields. The same people have been equal partners in the three aforementioned companies in the respective countries. That basic concept for some intercontinental cooperation for contributing to water and food security, avoidable contamination of ground water (due to trickling down of unneccesarily too much fertilizers into deeper soil layers as well as of too high amounts of pesticides prior to their metabolization to less toxic compounds in upper soil layers) will be continued principally, but with other people and companies.
