      Responsible for development and revision of Army Antiterrorism Regulations and training. Antiterrorism Level II (Unit/Installation) and III (General Officer) Instructor. Following atttacks on 911, served in the Army Operations Center supporting Homeland Defense and then appointed as Temporary Assistant Inspector General and conducted Antiterrorism inspections and readiness assessments at Army installations in CONUS and Germany. Devised readiness inspection program and assisted in the development of the Random Antiterrorism Measures Program (RAMP) currently in use by all Army installations. 收起

      Taught strategic and operational curriculum for the Department of Joint, Interagency, and Multinational Operations. Selected as a member of the team that re-introduced counterinsurgency into the CGSC curriculum at the tasking of then-LTG Petraeus. Knowledge of Foreign Internal Defense, combined with understanding of strategic and operational concepts resulted in selection as lesson author for several general curriculum lessons. Created and was the principle instructor for a Foreign Internal Defense elective that developed some of the first Military Transition Team (MiTT) leaders in Iraq.       Course author and principle instructor for “21st Century Conflict,” a graduate level course on the contemporary and future operational environment and warfare, and was the catalyst to re-institutionalizing the study of future conflict and special operations into the SAMS curriculum. Served as director for 17 Master’s monographs, member of the curriculum redesign working group, as a seminar leader, and as the liaison for Special Operations education and integration. Students are selected for SAMS from all U.S. military services, U.S. government agencies and several foreign countries for a 10-month graduate course that awards a Masters of Military Arts and Sciences degree. 收起
