    • A&E Television

      Jan 1998 - Jan 2002
      Regional Account Manager, Account Representative

In my time with A&E, I enjoyed uncovering new customers and fostering relationships with current sponsors, and meeting all my sales revenue objectives along the way. I negotiated rates and created custom campaigns, lobbied with state telecommunications industries interests, and provided training on relevant technological and legal issues. Some of the projects I am most proud of from my time there include overseeing and executing the finale event for the “History Channel Great Race,” and developing interactive web-based training for A&E’s contribution to the “Cable in the Classroom” program. Real Estate Broker and Marketing Consultant

As a new employee, I achieved +$3M in sales over a nine-month period. As Marketing Consultant, I developed and administered advertising and marketing initiatives for the property, including the design and development of a monthly email broadcast campaign. I prided myself on providing superior service to clients and prospective clients, and I attended community events and followed customer referrals to engage with prospects.

In my five years with Aerial, I grew business in assigned territory exponentially. I prospected new business, trained and mentored new salespeople, and initiated customer incentive plans, client retention programs, and in-salon marketing campaigns. I reached my sales goals each year I was there, and I was made Regional Trainer for entire Western Division.

    • Dermalogica

      Jan 2009 - Jan 2010
      Sales Consultant

With Dermalogica, I generated new business through cold-calling, prospecting and acting on referrals. I continuously collaborated with customers to create feasible business plans to grow their business and meet our company sales objectives. Our region had record sales of over $400K in the year I was there, and I believe I was a key contributor to that success.

    • Crestone Medical

      Jan 2015 - Apr 2018
      Operations Manager

At Crestone, I oversee all operational, marketing, and support functions. These responsibilities range from arranging logistics for distributor contract fulfillment and delivery of medical devices to managing and tracking inventory. In fact, as our employee population has grown exponentially lately, I have authored and implemented new policies for employee onboarding.Wearing still more hats, I act as customer service manager for clients, end users (patients) and the sales department, and I serve as office manager to support sales representatives and as point-of-contact for corporate and regional offices.
