  -Storekeeper, take good care of the belongings of UTM 24 Festival Drum.-Keep track of the flow of borrowed shirts and make sure the amount is correct-Worked and communicated with the other teammates so that task dividing is equal -Leading a team of 3 to execute tasks such as food managing, chair arranging and so on.-Provided assistance for other departments in their respective activities-Head of recruited volunteer helpers, guided along with task dividing among 10 volunteer helpers. -Leading a team of 4 and guided with appropriate task scope (Writing the scripts and appointed MC and ushers)-Make sure the flow of the program runs smoothly. (Running order is provided)-Spectated the venue and produced a layout of the program.-Make sure 2 ushers are understanding their job tasks and be prepared.
