  Lead Plant and Capital Projects to ensure business continuity and improve productivity, using Project tools like ProLaunch, Coordinate and manage Electric testing engineering activities in production areas to support existing prod. lines, NPD, new prod. lines, product transfers, equipment specs, and maintenance.Develop new technologies and implement strategies to adopt Industry 4.0 into manufacturing processes and across the plant.Determine Electric test methods and specify testing machine requirements for the electrical test of sub-assemblies, assemblies, and final product.
