  Ben has served federal clients in the Civilian, Healthcare, and Homeland Security sectors in technology strategy, financial management and shared systems implementation, and business process improvement engagements. He has a broad range of experiences in program/project management, shared services, cost/financial modeling, change management, business process engineering, and executive engagement.Specific project experience includes:- Leading program management activities across multiple large Cabinet-level financial and procurement systems modernizations, including driving program integration and risk identification and setting program management strategy.- Building the OMB-sponsored government standards for shared services migrations to establish a common framework and playbook to reduce risk on business process/system migrations.- Creating and implementing a change management and customer engagement strategy for an agency undergoing a multifunction (e.g. HR, FM, ACQ) shared service implementation. - Supporting a mid-sized Civilian agency in the development and implementation of a life-cycle IT investment management process. - Enabling a large national security agency in prioritizing its IT budget to meet reduced budget targets, while also identifying opportunities to implement financial management improvements to streamline operations. - Supporting a federally-funded nonprofit organization in defining and evaluating alternatives to finance a large ($2B+) infrastructure project through a public-private partnership model. - Supporting a large Cabinet agency in designing and implementing a cross-functional customer and mission-focused shared services business unit.Ben also leads Deloitte's on campus recruiting program at Bucknell University, and previously led Deloitte's Advanced Degree recruiting at American University's School of Public Affairs in Washington, DC.
