  I’ve spent the last 17+ years starting, running and growing three different successful businesses in the graphic communications industry. In August of 2019, I combined these efforts with Drummond Press in the acquisition of PSP Retail. This transaction allows me to focus 100% of my time and energy in the area I am most passionate about, which is helping customers achieve a higher ROI. My experience in running multiple businesses over these years will facilitate my innovative approach to providing objective and measurable results along with sustainable improvements for my customers. My primary responsibility is to explore the entire marketing supply chain and to identify areas to achieve greater value. By focusing on the Total Cost of Ownership, I help remove waste from the design, procurement, manufacturing and distribution of marketing collateral, in-store materials and direct to consumer programs. This proprietary optimization process helps clients liberate savings so they can invest in innovation and the continued growth of their business. Drummond, is recognized as a four time (2016-2019) consecutive Winner of Best of Print & Digital™Butler Street Research, in cooperation with Printing Impressions & NAPCO Media, emailed tens of thousands of surveys to buyers/users of print. Leveraging Net Promotor Score Survey, only Drummond and six other companies out of 30,000 printers in the United States achieved the threshold score of 40 to be awarded Best in Print.
