  Responsible for managing and delivering refinery projects across assay management, supply and product trading, planning and scheduling. My involvement extended from project functional design, to refinery modelling and finally end-user training and consultancy.This role also involved managing client relationships, supporting pre-sales activities through technical demos and deep dive sessions, helping clients with complex applications of our tools, and presenting content at company conferences and marketing events.
