  As a project manager in the marketing department of a major Telco operator, my main responsibilities were related to the management of short and medium-term projects with the goal of launching on the market new and innovative propositions. In this context, I frequently coordinated different parallel streams and the related working groups, engaging the various organizational areas, as well as the external partners, needed for the release of new products and services. Furthermore, I regularly reported to the key stakeholders on project progress and prepared the related documents. I had end-to-end project responsibility and was involved since the concept generation and design until testing, release and post-release management. My role was crucial for business needs collection and their translation into formal requirements that can be analysed and implemented by the technical departments. Show less
