  Well Testing Senior Operator

  · Pre-job planning and layout (ESD, Flow head, SSV, Choke manifold, Indirect heater, 3 phase separator, Oil manifold, Surge tank, Gauge tank , Transfer pump), Rig up , Pressure test and operate surface equipment’s.· Directs the selection, preparation, loading, dispatch and unloading of tools and equipment for a job.· Manage and administers well site operations to ensure service meets clients Requirements, operate equipment’s to perform service and supervise field operators and enforce safety rules and regulations as required.· Operating flow head and chock manifold (directing flow through bypass valve, adjustable or fixed choke), changing fixed choke while flow safely.· Operate three phase separator, setting separator pressure and level using pressure and level controller, chose suitable orifice size and changing the plate under pressure safely.· Using oil manifold valves to divert the flow.· Using gauge tank to meter fluid volume, getting CMF, calibrate oil flow meter factor and use transfer pump to transfer fluid.· Performing lab analysis for fluid samples (API, S.G, Chloride, Salinity and BSW.).· Participate in and directs preventive maintenance and repair of tools and equipment’s according to the standards and procedures.· Comply with applicable company policies including personnel quality system and HSE standards and procedures.· Complete required safety training (including but not limited to drugs and alcohol, electrical, emergency response, fire, first aid, PPE, hazardous material and driving).
