  National Transportation Planning and Research Centre (NATPAC) is a premier research and consultancy projects institution under government of Kerala, handling works on multi – modal system of transportation covering road, rail, water and air. As an Engineering Intern with the NATPAC, I bring hands-on experience in traffic management, with a focus on road safety and intelligent traffic systems. My role involves actively supporting hazard identification and accident analysis, as well as implementing innovative traffic management solutions across existing networks.Identified and designed a cost-effective industrial goods transport solution for the state, conducting OD surveys on NH 65 and bathymetric surveys of the Puzhakkal River. The study was endorsed and implemented by NATPAC, and I was subsequently made part of the main project team for the extension of National Waterway 3. My experience extends to fieldwork, where I assist in collecting material samples and executing job-site tests. I am comfortable interpreting test results, ensuring accuracy, and contributing to informed decision-making for infrastructure improvements. Show less

  I have been selected as one among the 20 program managers for the special government project "Kerala Knowledge Economy Mission". My role involved developing comprehensive business plans for project design and execution, preparing preliminary project reports (PPRs) and securing financial sanctions, and scheduling key milestones and workstreams. The role also included, assisting senior engineer in site investigation, site selection and design aspects, which was the most challenging of all. I also facilitated technical and financial bid evaluations, managed onboarding processes, defined resource requirements, monitored project progress, and managing effective communication with stakeholders to align objectives and ensure smooth project implementation.
