  As a Revenue Cycle Representative & Clinical Data Specialist at Hanger Clinic's Document Management department, our main responsibilities included scrutinizing and indexing clinical documents for clients according to their specific requirements and HIPAA regulations.This was a critical process that required us to maintain strict SLA/TAT (service level agreement/turnaround time) targets, as well as a high level of quality and production.To meet these targets, we worked on high volumes of data and collaborated with the team members to achieve results and also participated in team-building activities to enhance working relationships and demonstrated excellent planning and coordination skills to help to meet schedules and deadlines. Additionally, also took care to ensure that there were no escalations from clients regarding the quality of work.Overall, as a Revenue Cycle Representative, Our Team Played a vital role in ensuring that Hanger Clinic's Document Management department ran smoothly and efficiently, while also meeting the needs of its clients.
