Requirements tested, refined, and implemented 60 days ahead of schedule with $338K in annual savings.• Restructured organizational information management systems and procedures. Results immediately resulted in greater and more efficient information sharing. Produced templates within MS Excel and PowerPoint utilized within adjacent organizations and upper management.• Identified critical training gap in unit’s Instructor Personnel. Developed zero cost training solution which immediately resulted in 12% increase in student’s mastery of critical task.• Coordinated and supervised the rewrite of 100+ page Standard Operating Procedures, which focused on day to day activities. Developed and implemented program’s transition plan; leading to more responsive and realistic annual training requirement and associated skillset for over 200k personnel. Acted as second-in-command of 200-person company during combat deployment to Iraq.• Developed tracking system for 1,500 pieces of serialized equipment, valued at over $21M, and dispersed over 150 sq km. Coordinated redeployment of organizational assets from Iraq to the United States.• Simultaneously tracked status of $4.2M in economic development and reconstruction projects; resulting in essential services being provided to local populace.• While forward deployed aboard US Naval vessel, wrote unit Force Protection/ Risk Management/ Security Plan focusing on augmentation of vessel's security element during High Risk evolutions. This document, combined with coordination efforts between US Navy personnel, ship's leadership, and Egyptian Port Authority representatives, directly facilitated the four safe passages of US Naval vessel through the Suez Canal.• Assisted in the planning and safe evacuation of 817 American Citizens from Beirut, Lebanon.
