  End to end accountability for helping RMIT achieve its strategy, through facilitating the delivery of the enterprise strategy execution plan. Also accountable for governing a global investment portfolio, ensuring an optimal return on investment in alignment with the RMIT strategy, underpinned by financial sustainability. The role also involves co-ordinating strategic business planning for RMIT and its affiliated entities, and coordination of investment activities to drive strategic goals in collaboration with the RMIT Board and Senior Executive teams. Owner of enterprise planning, prioritisation, portfolio governance, performance and benefits realisation for all RMIT enterprise project investments. Accountable for managing the portfolio and project management functions and serve as the owner of the RMIT Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO), facilitating seamless coordination and delivery of projects across the organisation.
