      Configured the lab computers as well as maintain them over time. I set up network printers, Group Policies, Active Directory Domain Services, File Servers, DHCP, IIS, and DNS. I worked closely with the Professors with developing a server that is currently being used by the Computer Science and Math departments. I handle day to day tasks including updates and installations of new programs. It is required that I handle and fix problems in a quick and decisive manner. I handled all of the documentation that the Software Research Center (SRC) had made. It required understanding both the technical side and the non-technical side of writing. I mainly worked in a Wiki environment.

In these calls I would troubleshoot customer issues with their computer so that they can access our websites to place orders for their patients. This could include anything from simple troubleshooting to configuring their computer for certain programs that we use.
