  My job responsibilities were over seeing all rod-lift (175 pumping units I was responsible for) ops in the Garfield and noble county area. I coordinated 60 plus new pumping unit start ups in 2017. Also took on getting a pulling unit out and fixing rod parts. also helped over see gas-lift operations on 50 wells for my designated area. Was involved in new well start ups and flow back also.

  I have continued to build on my skill set over seeing a workover jobs in Oklahoma and traveling to the Permian basin to assist in wireline, acid pressure pumping and production optimization. Artificial lift specialist in gaslift, plunger/gapl and rod pumps. Lead a GAPL project in 2023 driving down cost per unit by 5% and delivering incremental barrels. My job duty’s consist of over seeing wireline, swabbing, pump downs & restimulations jobs and wellview report for all jobs. As well as optimizing production over my designated wells in the ORB asset. The last and most important part is being a safety leader and getting people involved in Marathon’s safety culture!
