  For 2 years, I was in charge to maintain the full diagnostic offers and a panel of soft offers for Medium and Heavy Duty vehicles. With a management of 4 people, my duty was to update an maintain these offers in synchronizationwith new vehicles projects to the Renault Trucks network (Dealerships and bodybuilder workshops).This activity was requesting ability to work with multi interface with strong multicultural and multi brands components.- TEA2 Diagnostic Tools leader : • VCADS Pro (Diagnostic) • Diagnostics Manuals (Guiding Diagnostic Manuals) • DiagMax (Soft offer managing maintenance and life cycle of the vehicle) • Bodybuilder Tool Show less After Sales and Engineering Department / Diagnostic Method and ToolsI joined SEGULA Technologies in 2006 to take a new mission within the diagnostic department of Renault Trucks.• VCADS Pro product owner, diagnostic tool for new RT ranges of vehiclesProduct Owner for Renault Trucks, I was in interface and single point of contact of the Volvogroup diagnostic solution provider (Volvo Parts). My role was to make the tool evolve in function of new productsintroduction and to maintain its full operational availability for our dealers. I manage to make the Lyon site self-sufficientby locating VCADS Pro authoring in Lyon. I also optimized the support chain and the SLA between the different levels ofsupport.
