I also keep track of corrective actions to assure a reduction in nonconforming material.I have become fluent in Microsoft VBA, to create and maintain multiple excel macros for various functions around the site including for serial number databases, automatic data analysis, tool control reports, program reports, cost of quality reports, scrap reports, production hour tracking, and receive/inspection performance trends.I create site wide training on various subjects including Root Cause Analysis, Fishbone diagrams, 5 Why's, FOD Prevention Training, Tool Control, Total Preventive Maintenance and Autonomous Maintenance, and Calibration. I am also working on implementation of the corporate Manufacturing Engineering Project. Another role I fulfill is an administrator for the quality system TipQA.
