  Trims Design Engineer | Automotive Enthusiast | Electric Vehicle Specialist* As a dedicated Trims Design Engineer at Hinduja Tech Limited, I've had the privilege of contributing to electric vehicle projects, including the Skoda, Aspark Hyper Car and various 4-wheeler and 2-wheeler projects at Ola Electric R&D Center. With a strong focus on interior components, I've developed and optimized designs for door trims, armrests, map pockets, and more, ensuring functionality and manufacturability. I bring a comprehensive understanding of plastic materials and their processing technologies, applying these insights to create robust designs that meet both aesthetic and functional requirements. My work involves detailed CAD support, draft analysis, and ensuring alignment with Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) principles, Mould Flow Analysis (MFA). At Ola Electric, I've expanded my expertise to include battery pack design for electric scooters and motorbikes, where I've developed innovative solutions and even contributed patent ideas. My hands-on experience in assembly sequence planning, SOP development, DFMEA, and PLM tasks, such as CR, ECR, ECN, part release and change management, underscores my commitment to delivering high-quality, reliable automotive components.
