Supervised 3 instructors for a nationally accredited $1.4M Ophthalmic Technician Training Program and provided leadership/mentoring for 75 trainees annually. Designed Ophthalmic Training Programs for the Air Force and Army. Authored course lesson plans, study guides, handouts, and training plans for 9 blocks of instruction for a 10.5-week course.
