  At this company I had my internship. I was researching the capacity of a pilot vacuum dryer in China at a company in the province Changzhou and used the results of my research to optimize the drying process.

Leading and cooperating in optimization projects in the Batch and Furnace area.Participating in revision projects and furnace maintenance. Furthermore responsible for the operational excellence of energy. Responsible for stockage and measurements of raw materials and cullet of the container glass plant, the housekeeping of the batchhouses and furnace, and also responsible for the measurements on the glass quality of the furnaces.The department I am supervising consists of 5,5 FTE and 3 temporary workers. Been promoted to supervisor October 2013 Learning about the processes in a glass furnace and improving and optimizing these processes
