In my position, I was largely in charge of giving academic support to students who required after-school help with their assignments and reading abilities. My main objective in working with students of all grade levels was to help them improve their knowledge and increase their self-assurance in areas like math, reading, and writing. I used a range of techniques to increase their vocabulary, fluency, and comprehension in order to do this. I used a variety of educational tools and resources, such as educational games and exercises, to keep the students interested and motivated. I was able to create a welcoming learning environment that tailored to individual needs by collaborating closely with parents, instructors, and students. Show less

I was in charge of taking orders, bringing food, and quickly clearing the tables. I also knew exactly what was on the menu, so I could answer any questions or worries that our residents could have had.

Working directly with a committed group of academic advisers has been an essential component of my job, enabling me to offer more than 500 students excellent advice, tools, and constant encouragement as they work to realize their academic and personal goals. Along the way, I've also worked to gain a thorough understanding of the school's academic rules and practices.
