I am therefore fully knowledgeable of all European the pre-cast plant manufacturers and the methods they use, advantages and disadvantages of the various systems. For example in the production of railway sleepers there are two main methods of production and various subdivisions within those, commercially everyone will tell you that theirs is the best. However there are many variables to consider as well as local conditions and materials, that only comes from a wider, deeper independent investigation of this highly specific field. Information gathered was then used for the development of their “carousel” system design hybrid. My visits would also be to factories to increase the efficiency of the line and the manufacturing process including production planning and writing production programmes, and adhering to the relevant regulations specified for the end product either European or A.R.E.M.A. Show less
