      • Developed and launched an online pharmacy www.yapteka.ru virtually from scratch. Supported, expanded, maintained the site's capabilities. All content was created by me and my subordinates or colleagues specifically for this project.• Developed business processes for customer service via the Internet from scratch (call center based on Bitrix24, chat based on Verbox) and integrated this system into the existing business processes of an initially offline company.• Developed a project for the delivery of pharmacy products to the door or to the postamat from scratch;• Developed and implemented a system for informing customers about orders (sms, e-mail, operator's call), including the layout of notification templates and writing call scripts. As a result, the average conversion from all channels is ~2% and the peak one is 4.5%.
