This included budget-planning in order to keep the training within fiscal limitations, gather and consolidate important training material from Subject Matter Experts and supported the onsite-facilitator during the training. Additionally, I supported with data migration of the newly rolled out Learning Management System and train PCNA personnel of the new system. Bachelor’s Thesis in cooperation with the Aftersales Strategy and Customer Experience departments to answer the research question: “How can Predictive Analytics aid in the development of dealerships of Porsche Cars North America?”. I identified missed opportunities in the million-dollar range regarding workshop capacity, personnel training, and number of repair orders using predictive analytics tools.

      As AfterSales Dealer Management System Integration Feature Owner, my primary responsibility was to describe the integration features along the service core process. My focus revolved around identifying potential enhancements to expedite the service journey for service and warranty job roles, while also enhancing the overall customer experience.This involved leading integration kick-off workshops with Porsche Centers and DMS providers across global markets, setting the stage for smooth integrations. Additionally, I assumed personal ownership of overseeing the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase, concluding in the final sign-off for seamless integration. Show less I served as the Product Owner for the XML-based Porsche Integrated Workshop Information editorial system, the central hub for creating and publishing workshop literature within Porsche Aftersales, connected to Porsche's Central Service System. My core responsibility was to steer continuous development, ensure seamless functionality, and maintain uninterrupted uptime.In tandem, I assumed the role as Special Project Lead for the replacement of the Technical Service Information Platform. Guiding this initiative from conceptual design through to the realization of a refined product, I managed the whole lifecycle of the product development, from inception to testing and eventual sign-off, achieving a transformative outcome. This endeavor also involved the worldwide rollout of the new system across 39 countries, achieving legal compliance.Additionally, I led the Preliminary Study of a Parts Online Shop. This comprehensive undertaking included evaluations across legal, business, IT, and security domains. This collective effort resulted in the successful creation of a pilot program that empowered Porsche Centers to leverage the Parts Online Shop, facilitating streamlined sales of their parts in a user-friendly manner.
