Utilized undercover investigative techniques, compiled data, completed detailed investigative reports and followed complex investigations through to successful prosecution at federal and state levels. Developed investigations detailing criminal conspiracies using undercover and surface investigative techniques, including electronic surveillance to monitor covert criminal activity (wiretaps, GPS, DNR, Call Detail Records) and thwart trafficking of weapons and violent crime.KEY OBJECTIVES:CENTRAL SECURITY UNIT (02.13 – 07.14)٠ Investigated threats to members of Judiciary; provided investigative security to members of Executive and Legislative government and other state employees, as directed by Superintendent of State Police. ٠ Assisted Executive Protection Unit and U.S Secret Service; provided personnel security for dignitary protection details and monitoring demonstrations for potential civil unrest.ORGANIZED CRIME CONTROL CENTRAL BUREAU, STREET GANG CENTRAL UNIT (04.06 – 04.10)\٠ Served as affiant and undercover investigator in multi-year investigation dubbed “Operation Dawg Pound”; utilized DNR, wiretaps, direct/controlled purchases of CDS, and search warrants to dismantle illicit criminal gang organization.٠ Presented on gang awareness and gangs within correctional institutions to law enforcement and private sector audiences.٠ Implemented Trenton Shooting Response Team under Operation Cease Fire guidelines; multi-jurisdictional task force that investigated all shooting incidents in Trenton, NJ.       Deputy Director of Organizational Affairs

      Reporting to the Vice President of Public Safety, the Deputy Director of Organizational Affairs leads and directs the following administrative functions for the department: Personnel, Tactical and Professional Development, Communication Center Dispatch, Professional Standards, Advocacy, and Technology. The Deputy Director provides strategic and organizational planning input to the Vice President; promotes continuous improvement; sets and monitors goals for the functions reporting to them; and adjusts to meet those goals. The Deputy Director works closely with the Vice President and the VP’s other direct reports to ascertain departmental goals, assign resources, ensure effective cross-team communication and collaboration, and report on critical issues arising from their areas of oversight. Working with management staff, the Deputy Director ensures that the strategy and operations of their areas of oversight are aligned with that of Campus Safety Services and Temple University. The Deputy Director has a proven track record of leading, supervising, developing, communicating with, and motivating others. Addresses organizational issues with creativity and flexibility; innovate and recognize and support innovative ideas; and evaluate and measure the performance of people, teams, and organizations.
