  I performed as the accounting department head for the title company. I was responsible for balancing all escrow accounts, working out issues for any discrepancies from closing files, and I also helped in funding transactions and packaging out closing files in the closing office.

  My office location closes refinances, purchases, short sale properties, and foreclosure properties. I work with several investors to move quickly to closing and also work with lenders to close transactions of new purchases or refinances. I continue to have responsibilities for TitleNexus, LLC in the accounting but my main focus is now as closing manager.
