  Working at MUSD was a great experience. As an AVID tutor, I developed skills that I would have not gained anywhere else. I worked with middle school students who were looking for guidance to better their education. Some of the students needed motivation, while other students were just looking for someone to hear them out. No matter the case, I wanted to be a positive role model for them and encourage them to pursue their goals.
