  •Observe and implement the company Quality Policy & QHSE• Follow rules and regulations for the effective realization of the Quality and Company Objectives. Understand the objectives and targets set for the year.• Resolve any technical issues arise during production order receiving with the concerned manager before starting the actual production.• Verification of the Production and Handover note (PCHN) prepared by the supervisor and / or charge hand.• Responsible for approval of the Material Returned Note prepared by the production engineer /Shop floor Manager to move excess materials to stores after project or Production Order’s manufacturing completion.• Ensure that the dispatching of the company products are meeting with the project planning schedule.• Responsible for review and Approval of preventive maintenance schedules for all plant machineries and ensure its effective implementation.• To, ensure finished product is in accordance with production drawing and standard quality. And complete on time and / or as per the requirement of the project.• Ensure that all the production and maintenance members are following safe working practices in side the workshop. Failure to adopt the safety issues, take actions accordingly.• Ensure that In-process Non-conformities are being recorded and followed-up properly.• Co-ordinate with the QA/QC Manager for an effective Cost calculation of NCRs /GRRs, / Materials Return Note.• Visit supplier’s / sub-contractor’s premises to ensure the quality of the products and /or services as and when requirements arrive.• Ensure that machine’s are being calibrated to confirm the quality of production in time.• Perform other related duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Executive Manager (Projects) and /or Managing Director for accomplishing the objectives of the company.• Ensure to participate in the planned continuous improvement of QHSE Management system.
