  •Formulated an early childhood education policy to replace individual learning with collaborative learning for the private school run by the NGO. As a result, the pupils’ progress in literacy and mathematics increased by an additional three and four months, respectively.•Successfully initiated and executed the "Rural Student Entrepreneurship" program to teach entrepreneurial skills to disadvantaged students studying in “Government Inter College Bilkhet” by distributing 1500 chickens to 50 selected students. The program increased the average annual income of 50 families by 150% in the two years.•Conducted quantitative research on the role of NGO in implementing the new National Education Policy 2020 in the state government schools of Uttarakhand and delivered the report to the NGO. The delivered report included the analysis of 16,501 state government schools in terms of subjects taught, the number of teachers available, and infrastructure provided. •Successfully advocated for the rural development in target areas of NGO and signed a tri-partite agreement with two major central government institutes in agricultural research, ICAR-IISWC and ICAR-CIRC. This tri-partite agreement resulted in the inflow of £109,000 worth of resources, in the form of trainings, agricultural resources, and irrigation channel development.•Successfully lobbied and advocated for developing and repairing irrigation channels in target areas. These efforts led to a tri-partite agreement among NSCBES, ICAR-IISWC, and the State Government Irrigation Department's Srinagar division. The signed deal resulted in the approval of £120,000 worth of irrigation schemes for developing the target areas.• Executed the qualitative field research to identify agricultural inhibiting factors in the target areas and submitted the report to the NGO.
