Our Client includes both Banking (well known banking Industry) and non – banking sector (Hospital, IT Company, Electronics, and Petroleum). The validity and authenticity of education qualifications claimed by the candidate is checked. Depending on institutional guidelines, these checks may include dates of attendance, qualification, subject matter and marks/grade obtained. We will also check the name of the institution against our proprietary database of known diploma mills and fictitious universities to confirm that the degree has been awarded by a genuine educational establishment.HR departments of the candidate’s previous employers will be contacted to confirm factual information relating to the candidate’s employment including dates of employment, title, reason for leaving, eligibility for rehire, verification of last drawn salary and any bonuses provided if that information can be shared by the previous employer.Interviews with the candidate’s former supervisor may uncover information on how the candidate performed in his previous work, his/her strengths and weaknesses, workplace personality and so on.The candidate’s previous supervisors will be interviewed to ascertain the candidate’s work performance, skill set, integrity, strengths and weaknesses, professional ability, reason for leaving and confirmation as to whether the company would rehire the candidate.Research exact contact details of the company and Institution/ University in the open public domain, private database, internet and telephone directory.Liaise with clients for additional candidate details and other queriesCompile interim and final screening reports Show less

Apr 2011 - Jan 2012Recruitment Consultant•Understand the recruitment needs from the customers and to source for the relevant Candidates to fulfill the requirements of the customers in a timely manner by sourcing from the company's databases, online advertising, referral scheme, headhunting, walk-in interview, newspaper advertisement and whatever way which is deemed necessary to do.•Prepare and post up the advertisement for the company and to ensure that the job matching is being done in a proper manner.•Filter the right candidate by using the company's job advertisement system or by manually done.•Interview the candidate by telephone calls or meeting them face-to-face, shortlist them and send a brief report to the client on the short-listed candidates.•Follow-up with the clients for the candidate that is being short-listed and scheduled for the interview.•Call the candidates on the scheduled date of interview and therefore, email them with a proper format of informing them with the interview.
