  This project addressed the Credit Process Digitization for small and medium corporate customers of DNB. As part of legacy modernization of the whole process, we created 3 different applications. Using the first application, both customers and relationship mangers on behalf of customers can initiate an application for credit. The second application, a document portal, where both customers and RMs can manage the documents required for supporting the credit process flow. This generic application is going to be the common document portal for the entire bank. The third application called digital credit paper digitalized the process of decision making flow of RMs for approving the credit application.With these applications, the process window time has been reduced by nearly 50%. The application has processed and approved more than 5000 credit cases in 2020 and the numbers are showing positive growth every month. Show less This project developed an online payment system with SADAD integrating with 6 Saudi Arabian banks at one side and prominent online customers like souq amazon at other end. Reconciliation and settlement of transactions are also managed by the system. As an Architect, participated in business, technical and architecture meeting with BANKS and other stakeholders in the P2P eco-system. Translated business requirements into detailed architectures and designs. Documented all technical requirements and design technical solutions utilizing enterprise architecture standards including documenting all solution components and configurations. Show less
