  • Site Shake Downs: Checking Individual Site for Radiating Sector, Coverage i.e. Good RSRP and CINR, Sector Swap, Proper Handover Definition and DL-UL Throughput according to Backhaul capacity. • Cluster Analysis: In depth analysis of a cluster generally comprising of 20-25 Sites for analysis of following: RSRP Level, CINR, DL Throughput, Access Failure rate, Session Failure rate, Handover Failure rate. • Suggestion both Physical (Tilts Mechanical as well as Electrical, Azimuth Change) and Parametric (A3 offset, Hysteresis, Time to Trigger, clean Neighbor list and power increase) were provided to customer. After implementation of these changes, post drive is conducted and logs are compared with Pre-Drive for improvements. • Customer Handling: Discussing suggestion which came up during Drive analysis with customer for their approval which involved justification for every change recommended. • Manage and maintenance of various LTE KPI, s of Accessibility, Retainability and Mobility (RRC Setup success rate, ERAB Setup Success rate, IRAT Handover success rate, DL & UL Throughput measurement & Drop calls etc.)• Monitoring & Analyzing KPIs Call Success Rate for VOLTE, Call Drop Rate for VOLTE, DL &UL Packet Loss Rate VOLTE ,E-RAB Setup Success Rate for VOIP, MOS Value Optimization.• Capacity analysis, recommendation to increase license.• Top offenders analysis on regular basis, Recommendation, HW alarm reporting, availability to improve the NQI. • Generation of various daily reports, HW alarm report along with availability, adhoc reports on request.• Performance monitoring of newly on-air site.• Monitor Daily and Hourly Statistics to figure out the cells that are performing bad and in turn that are contributing towards the KPI’s degradation.• Perform the Analysis using statistics to know the root cause of the problem’s or degradation on the KPI’s.• Optimizing parameters, Timers and Counters to improve Network performance.
