Also work closely with the client base to ensure production adoption and success. HOLT builds and sells a systematic model and software for equity analysis and portfolio management. Its client are asset managers across the globe. Set technology strategy and direct a global staff in the development of a range of technology solutions. These include content management and publishing tools, web applications, analytical and quantitative models, data warehousing, and operational processes. Provide direction on technology strategy, delivery, workforce management, and risk and governance functions. While focused on setting the technical direction for the team, I am also heavily involved in the day-to-day operation of the group.
