With my team members, I engaged in rigorous research and improved the products of Adswitch Plc, and within few months of the takeover, the products of Adswitch Plc were improved and reintroduced to the market. Monitored cable production executed by the operators in the plant and ensured they complied with the required specifications and standards. Ensured that adequate procedure was followed in handling non-conforming products. Planned and executed periodic calibrations of measuring equipment to ensure constant precision, and as a result, systematic errors were eliminated.
