  I am a taco caterer who is punctual. I have to show up way before the party or event to the kitchen and load up my car with the grill and all the food. I also have to make sure I show up before the time I am supposed to serve in order to take everything out of the car, set the grill, and set up a table full of condiments, beans, rice, and chips, as well as heat up tortillas and quesadillas. During my time of catering I am outgoing and friendly and converse with people as I serve their food. I also have to memorize the ingredients of different types of meat or veggies have just incase someone is allergic to something or is a specific type of vegetarian. I try to serve everyone well and proportional and make sure nothing is missing so that the guests enjoy their meal and possibly get new customers. Show less
