During this time was responsible for managing a $2.5 million federal grant responsible for the feeding of approximately 2600 children daily. Assisted upper level management with program development and implementation. Delegated and evaluated the responsibilities to 10+ staff members. Assisted with the preparation and maintenance of monthly reports for the state. Provided ongoing training for sponsor and site personnel. Produced and maintained monthly reimbursement vs. cost analysis reports. Reported problem sites to Director. Preparation of annual budgets.
