During this time was responsible for managing a $2.5 million federal grant responsible for the feeding of approximately 2600 children daily. Assisted upper level management with program development and implementation. Delegated and evaluated the responsibilities to 10+ staff members. Assisted with the preparation and maintenance of monthly reports for the state. Provided ongoing training for sponsor and site personnel. Produced and maintained monthly reimbursement vs. cost analysis reports. Reported problem sites to Director. Preparation of annual budgets. Reviewed meal counts and attendance logs for inconsistencies and unusual meal pattern. Approved infant meal orders for pick up, deliver infant orders to sites, provide ongoing infant training and oversees the infant meal service. Prepared tally sheets for monthly meal count forms. Conducted visits with monitors. Upgraded the infant meal service database as needed. Ensured all monitoring requirements are met. Corresponded with the state agency as needed.
